Inside Our Multi-Creator Collaboration with Notion

AUTHOR: NATASHA VALERIE

At The Viralist Group, we focus on matching brands with creators who can authentically speak to their message.

Recently, our team secured seven creator collaborations for Notion, all within the same campaign, through a combination of targeted pitching, strong relationships, and a clear understanding of what the brand needed.

Campaign Overview

Notion was running a student- and productivity-focused initiative, aiming to highlight how the platform supports organization, project management, and day-to-day workflow, especially for students. After identifying a strong alignment with several creators on our roster, our team pitched a curated list of talent that matched the campaign goals.

This resulted in selections across both student and creator categories:

Across both outreach tracks, Notion had a clear campaign vision:

For the Student Creators (Led by Lyka): To highlight how Notion is a student’s true partner to academic success, supporting organization, planning, and productivity.

For the Productivity & Creative Creators (Led by Hannah): To showcase how Notion empowers creators to stay on top of school, content, gaming, and collaboration — all in one workspace.

The Results

Every TVG creator delivered content that aligned seamlessly with these goals, blending storytelling with genuine product use.

Each creator delivered engaging, on-brand content highlighting how Notion plays a meaningful role in their daily lives, whether as students, productivity lovers, or creatives balancing multiple projects.

How This Partnership Came Together

The campaign began when one of our Talent Managers, Lyka, connected with a Notion representative who mentioned an ongoing initiative centered around student life. Immediately recognizing the alignment, she curated a pitch list of student and productivity creators that align really well with the productivity platform.

From this list, Notion selected Cece, Phil, Jessie, and Jasmine, impressed by the way each creator embodied the student-success narrative the campaign wanted to champion.

Meanwhile, during calls with Emily, Sage, and Xixi, our Talent Manager, Hannah, asked a question we ask all our talents:

“Who are your dream brands?”

All three mentioned Notion.

Knowing that Lyka was already in active communication with the brand, Hannah decided to craft personalized outbound pitches for each creator, and Notion replied to every single one. 💚

This resulted in three additional creator selections for the campaign.

This project came together because every creator and team member brought their best to the table.

For influencers, we hope this campaign reflects how we advocate for you — securing dream collaborations, pitching strategically, and finding the perfect brand fit.

We’re proud of the work our team and talents put into this project. Wins like this fuel us to keep raising the bar for what creator partnerships can look like.
