Jr. Talent Manager
The Jr. Talent Manager plays a crucial role in supporting our Sr. Talent Managers and influencer clients by handling communications, securing paid collaborations and managing campaigns. This position involves managing inquiries, assisting with pitches, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
Must Haves:
1-2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, account management or sales.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you know how to manage conversations with professionalism, confidence and empathy.
Skilled in negotiations and proven ability to close partnerships with favorable terms.
Nice to Haves:
Prior agency or brand-side experience managing creators or partnerships.
Experience working with influencer CRMs or campaign management platforms (e.g. Grin, Aspire, OpenSponsorship, etc).
Understanding of influencer contracts, usage rights, and various types of deliverables.
Knowledge of social media trends and analytics.
A genuine passion for influencer culture and helping creators grow.
Campaign Coordinator
As a Campaign Coordinator, you’ll oversee brand and influencer collaborations, ensuring seamless communication and successful campaign execution. This role involves managing deliverables, relaying deadlines and feedback, coordinating events, and maintaining organized campaign records.
Must Haves:
1-2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, project management or communications
Strong ability to juggle multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Proactive problem-solver who works well with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Haves:
Prior agency or brand-side experience coordinating events, product mailers, or influencer activations.
Experience working with influencer CRMs or campaign management platforms (e.g. Grin, Aspire, OpenSponsorship, etc).
Passion for social media trends and the creator economy.
Comfortable managing communications across time zones and working with global clients.
