Jr. Talent Manager

ABOUT

As a Jr. Talent Manager, you’ll support our Sr. Talent Managers in managing influencer relationships and driving revenue through brand partnerships. This role is a mix of client management, sales, and strategy — from handling day-to-day communications to helping secure paid campaigns and occasionally leading campaign execution.

You’ll work closely with creators to guide their growth, support negotiations, and ensure smooth collaboration with brands. Over time, you may also step into leading calls, including strategy discussions and content consultation sessions with influencers.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

This role is ideal for someone who understands influencer marketing, enjoys relationship-building, and is eager to develop both sales and strategic thinking skills within the creator economy.

Campaign Coordinator

ABOUT

As a Campaign Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for executing influencer campaigns end-to-end, ensuring seamless coordination between brands and creators. You’ll manage communication, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining a high level of organization across multiple campaigns.

This role involves briefing creators, sharing detailed deliverable requirements, tracking deadlines, consolidating feedback, and ensuring all campaign elements are executed accurately and on time. You’ll also maintain organized records of campaign progress and performance.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

This role is best suited for someone who is highly detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

Biz Dev & Partnerships Manager

ABOUT

As a Business Development & Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in driving the agency’s growth by managing client relationships, sourcing new brand partnerships, and supporting strategic initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of sales, account management, and growth. You will also support ongoing initiatives and work closely with the Director of Growth & Partnerships to execute on key business objectives.

You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with brand clients, leading external conversations, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration and expansion.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

This is a highly client-facing role, ideal for someone with strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and confidence in representing the agency in external conversations.

Partnerships Coordinator

ABOUT

As a Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll support the partnerships team in acquiring new influencer clients.

Your responsibilities will include sourcing potential creators, managing outreach, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, handling reassignments, and maintaining consistent communication with talents. You’ll also support database management and ensure all creator information is up to date.

Over time, this role will evolve into a more client-facing position, where you’ll begin leading calls with prospective creators and contributing more directly to talent acquisition and partnerships strategy.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator who can manage high volumes of outreach, onboarding, and database management without missing details.
